We set a baptismal date with a woman. She seemed super prepared. She had just found out that she hadn't been baptized. After teaching her a little about the importance of baptism, she readily agreed to a date. We invited her to church and she happily accepted. Needless to say, we were super excited. Our excitement, however, was short lived. The next day she texted us and told us that after researching more on mormon.org, she decided our church was too different. From that experience, however, we learned that there is a time for everyone to want to hear the gospel. We don't always know when that time will be, but if someone doesn't immediately accept, it's not always because we did anything wrong, but it could just be they are not ready yet.
